Fees & Pledge Incentives Each participant: All participants are expected to raise a minimum of $100.00 in pledges for "Fitness for Hospice". Income Tax receipts are issued for donations of $10.00 or more.
Organized Teams or Family Teams: Organized or Family teams must have a minimum of 6 participants. Each participant of an organized or Family team is expected to raise a minimum of $100.00 in pledges for "Fitness for Hospice". Income Tax receipts are issued for donations of $10.00 or more. Organized and Family teams have the option of submitting a sponsorship fee of $400, which will entitle each member (max. 6 members) to a tech shirt, complete with either the Team, Organization or Family name printed on the shirt. This option will also entitle the team to select a particular hour to ride, or the option of riding in consecutive hours during the day. The pledge incentives shown above are also applicable to organized or family team members. Corporate Teams: Corporate teams must have a minimum of 6 participants. Each participant of a Corporate team is expected to raise a minimum of $100.00 in pledges for "Fitness for Hospice". Income Tax receipts are issued for donations of $10.00 or more. In addition, a sponsorship fee of $400 will entitle each member (max. 6 members) of the Corporate Team to a tech shirt, complete with either your team name, or company name and logo. Corporate teams will be entitled to select a particular hour to ride, or the option of riding in consecutive hours during the day. The pledge incentives shown above are also applicable to corporate team members. |
